Data Deletion Instructions

BAZAARSTREET allows users and businesses to voluntarily send flyers, photos, menus, and other media to our WhatsApp number for community listing and processing. We may also collect and process data from publicly available social media content. If you have submitted content to BAZAARSTREET, or if we have collected public content associated with you or your business, you can request deletion at any time.
This page explains how to request deletion of your WhatsApp message history, any Submitted Content you shared, any listings, events, or promotional information created from your submissions or from publicly available social media content, and any associated personal information (such as your phone number, WhatsApp profile name, or stored public profile identifiers).
How to Request Data Deletion
To delete your data, please email us at:
Include the following information:
- Your phone number (the one used to message us on WhatsApp)
- If applicable, the social media handle, page name, or post URL you want removed
- Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
- A short note requesting deletion of your information
Example:
Subject: Data Deletion Request
Please delete all my WhatsApp submissions and any related data associated with the phone number +1-XXX-XXX-XXXX.
What We Delete
Upon receiving your request, we will delete:
- All WhatsApp messages you sent to us
- All media (images, videos, documents, audio) submitted by you
- Any copies of publicly available social media content stored in our systems and identified in your request
- Any listings, events, promotions, or content derived from your submissions or from identified public content
- Any AI-generated data linked to your submissions
- Any stored metadata (timestamps, message IDs, media information, source URLs, and profile identifiers)
- Your phone number, WhatsApp profile name, and stored public profile identifiers from our systems
How Long It Takes
We will complete your data deletion request within:
🕒 7 business days
Once completed, we will send an email or WhatsApp confirmation.
Important Notes
- Deleting your data will also remove any public listings created from your submissions.
- Deleting data from our systems does not remove the original post from the third-party social media platform where it was publicly available.
- If you message us again in the future, you will appear as a new user in our system.
- You may also reply "STOP" on WhatsApp to opt out of receiving any communication.
