Saffron South

Saffron serves an eclectic mixture of traditional Indian Cuisine punctuated by the flavors of the Himalayas. The restaurant's food stands true to its roots and origin, with most produce sourced locally, and all dishes, sauces, naans, and desserts made in-house from scratch. Saffron is the first restaurant in Austin with a dedicated Nepalese menu, which is a thoughtful mix of indigenous dishes and those inspired by India and China. For the past three years, Saffron Austin has been a highly rated and loved Indian restaurant, also offering hardcore North Indian classics supplemented with Indo-Chinese cuisine. Catering is a major part of their business, with customized menus designed case-by-case.
